FFCS was formed in Austin in 1998 as an affiliate of the National Collage Society and achieved independent, non-profit status in 2001. Unlike collage, our members know no borders. We are serious artists from many states and foreign countries who choose to work with texture, papers, and mixed media to create paintings that invite the viewer to touch as well as see.

Anyone may become a member by paying the required annual dues. The FFCS membership year runs from January to December. The cost is $30.00.
